The connection log or event log is a record of connection events available in the Viewer. The event log helps you diagnose connection problems on the Viewer side.
By default the connection log is disabled. To enable the connection log:
- In the Viewer, select the Tools tab and click Options.
- In the Options window select the Event log tab:
- Check the Use event log check box and click OK.
- In the main Viewer window, select the View tab and click Show event log:
