Remote Utilities Server (RU Server) is self-hosted server software that you can install on your premises. RU Server can be configured to fulfill multiple roles, including:

• Relay server for Internet-ID connections;
• Address book synchronization;
• Authentication server;
• License management server.

As a license management server, RU Server enables centralized management and control over licensing and activation of Remote Utilities software.
