Is it safe to purchase from you?

Yes, it is safe to purchase from us. Remote Utilities licenses are sold by PayPro Global Inc., our trusted reseller and the merchant of record. When you click "Checkout" in the form above, you are taken to a secure order page hosted on PayPro's server. Remote Utilities does not have access to your financial information. PayPro processes your order and automatically delivers your license key via email.

Can you fill out a W-9 form?

PayPro Global Inc., our reseller and the merchant of record, is an eCommerce provider based in Canada. According to US IRS regulations, a non-US business entity must fill out a W-8BEN-E form instead of a W-9. You can download the PayPro Global W-8BEN-E here.

We are tax exempt. Can we order without tax?

Yes, you can order without tax. Before placing your order, please send us your tax exemption certificate along with the email address you plan to use for delivery. We will forward this information to PayPro Global for validation. Once your certificate is validated, you will be able to place your order using that email address without tax applied.

Will I be charged VAT?

Yes, if the country you are ordering from charges VAT on international purchases, you will be charged VAT on top of the price. PayPro Global Inc. collects VAT according to international VAT rules and forwards it to the authorities of the purchaser’s country.

Can I order using a purchase order (PO)?

Yes. On the secure order page, select "Purchase Order" as your payment method.

Do you offer an educational or non-profit discount?

Yes, we offer a 20% discount to non-profits and educational institutions. To request a quotation, please fill out and submit this form.

Is it a one-time purchase or a subscription?

It is a one-time purchase. Version updates and upgrades are governed by our Upgrade Policy.

Will my license expire?

You can use your license key forever with the major version you purchased.
