Cannot access computers after sharing address book

Hello Scott,

Thank you for your message. The limitation applies to all your address books in the Viewer. If the the number of records across all of your open address books is more than 10, the Viewer will show the warning message.

Hello Steve,

Here is how to manually fix the installer issue in Windows 10.

1. First you need to locate the registry key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion­\Uninstall . More info.

2. Find Remote Utilities GUID under that key node and delete the RU GUID. The list of RU GUIDs for all versions is available here.  You probably need the one for version 5.6.0.6.

Hi George,

Thank you for the input. We will review all current suggestions related to idle/lock/logoff mentioned in different topics here on the forum and in support tickets. Instead of implementing them gradually one by one we'll most likely implement them all in one of the future releases, since they are closely related.

Hello Alex,

Thank you for your post. Could you please perform complete RU Server uninstall and then re-install it back again. Remember that for a complete uninstall you should also delete the registry entry HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Usoris\ after you uninstall the program in the Control Panel.
