Thank you for your post. Please, make sure your phone and Host both synchronize their time from an online source, the option which is ubiquitous nowadays on all devices. Let us know if the problem persists.

Yes, correct. No, you don't have to use the self-hosted server for the Internet-ID connection, because you can connect via our public infrastructure (the default option).

the same behaviour, if i click on "audio capture" no sounds from remote pc (what I would like is to hear when someone speak into the mic)

Remote sound capture means capturing remote playback (sound produced by output devices).

More, once connected, I also tried: "other modes" - "remote camera", but I got an error, copied following:

Hello James,

having major issues, McAfee VSE 8.8 Enterprise picks up the Beta viewer as a Trojan by default.

We will send a false positive report to them.

also when i select all my clients and do a logon to see which clients are powered on the machines that are off then come up with a popup box that says attempting 1 of 5 to reconnect, whch then it crashes... please can this be removed....

This depends on the number of clients that you select for that operation, but generally we do not recommend this practice. Instead of logging on you can just look at the online status of a connection in your address book. Online status can be visible for both Internet-ID and local/direct connections, although to see it for the latter you must enable the corresponding check box in connection properties. Thank you for your message.

Since recently Microsoft requires additional signing called "attestation signing". This is in fact double signature - Microsoft's signature is applied on top of our signature.

We went through this procedure in the Microsoft Development Center and had our driver approved/signed, but this update will be available with 6.9.0.1 beta 2 release.

Important note from Microsoft website:

An attestation signed driver will only work for Windows 10. It will not work for other versions of Windows, such as Windows Server 2016,Windows 8.1, or Windows 7.

Hello Anousch ,

When i type the RU server adress, i don't have any place to login or do something like that.

In order to use the server in the relay role you do not have to log in/sign in on it. Simply specify your server address in connection properties and use the Internet-ID of the Host in order to connect.

Direct Copy/Paste File Transfer, not working

Thank you for your post.

Unfortunately, such direct copying/pasting of files between machines isn't available yet. It is on our roadmap for future versions though.

Currently,  you can use drag-n-drop of files instead.
