Indeed  :) I will add this to our bug-tracking list. Hopefully we'll fix it very soon because we are going to release an update these days anyway. The update fixes the Ctrl+Alt+Del issue that was reported here on the forum recently.

Autosaving usernames and passwords doesn't work for Windows Security yet. Only for Remote Utilities Security. More about authorization.

So the connection properties fields that you mentioned work only if RU Security is chosen on the Host side.

I will clarify this with our developers just in case, but I have never actually seen nor remember any such option.

There is no documentation for mobile clients yet, mostly because they are quite simple in their use and not very feature-loaded. But we'll add a mobile section to our documentation pretty soon.

Thank you for your message.

Please, try the following: right -click on the Host icon, select Settings for Host -> Options and enable the Use legacy capture mode option. Then restart the Host - you can do so via Host's menu - and see if the issue is resolved.

I'm sending a link to download special Host executables (rutserv.exe and rfusclient.exe) to you via your open ticket now. These executables have special logging enabled that will help us diagnose issues with CAD. You will only need to replace the original Host executables in your Host installation folder and then send the txt logs back to us (you can examine the logs before sending to us, of course).

Michael, let me know if you also want to participate in diagnosing this issue and I'll send the link to you as well. I'm not making the link public because it's for testing purposes only.

the issue regarding logging in after waking from LAN still exists

We thought this issue has been resolved as per this thread https://www.remoteutilities.com/support/forums/forum1/449-version-6.1.03

as does the CAD issue.
