Is Internet-ID connection for the host file time limited while using the free viewer version?

We are not planning to change our free offering in the foreseeable future. So you can safely use the software for free provided that you honor the terms of the free license and our EULA.

By the way could I use the free viewer on more than 1 computer?

Yes, you can.

Regarding the arrow keys bug - unfortunately, we couldn't reproduce it here. It certainly has something to do with a specific machine or configuration. Without remote access we won't be able to diagnose it. We could schedule a remote session, connect to your Viewer machine and from that machine connect to a remote machine using your Viewer and try to diagnose the issue.

No while you are using the offline MSI configurator. And that's why we have an online configurator in our plans. This will allow us to sign the output file with our digital signature.

No ETA for that , unfortunately.

That explains it. IPv6 doesn't work with our hosted service as of yet.

I'd like to ask you to update to version 6.1.0.3 that we released couple of days ago. And let me know if the issue with arrow keys still persists.

Also, I need information about the keyboard. And (from Jeff) information about the OS on the Viewer and Host PCs.

Hello John,

Just wanted to clarify this issue with ipV6. When you enable it and cannot connect - is it through our hosted service or your self-hosted RU Server?

We'll be testing the arrow keys issue and try to reproduce it. Perhaps we'll ask additional clarifying questions along the way.
