FR: Vote on New Ideas or Enhancments
I'm sorry, but complete roadmap made public is just not possible. Everyone is welcome to post their feature suggestions on this forum though.
Thank you for your understanding.

Excited to see what 6.5 has to offer when do you want to release 6.5?
FR: Terminal Enhancement
We've been a little late with the upcoming 6.5 release so our other plans have also shifted a bit. But we keep an eye on this suggestion, and it's actually on our roadmap for the near future.
MSI Publisher Configurations
Yes, thank you. We'll take that into consideration.
Licensing and various questions
You could try the /silentuninstall command line parameter. See this reference page https://www.remoteutilities.com/support/documentation/main1/item86/
Hope that helps.
RU Server
Thank you for the kind words! Glad to hear you found the cause of the issue.
We are planning to add even more exciting features to the RU Server very soon, right in the next upcoming update. So stay tuned!
RU Server
Thank you for your message.
On the Host machine does the Host icon have a small blue light on it signifying that the Host successfully connected to your server? Or is the light grey (no connection)?
Licensing and various questions
Yes. The ID is persistent once generated, unless you manually change it afterwards in the Host settings. Therefore there is no need to send email each time the program is run and notify the user about that.Q: Does this prompt come up only once and the user won't see any other prompts regarding email, right?
When you open the File Transfer window, in the Access menu try to switch from "Current user" to "System".Q: Why can I not access the documents folder?
You need to restart/reopen the Viewer.3) I'll be using RU for one host and one client. I have activated the free license on the client, but 30 days trial notification is still on. Do I need to buy a license for one host and client?
Question about network traffic when pay licensing is used
Actually, the program does prevent extra connections and warns the user. But this is only if our hosted service or RU Server is used.Aaron Levinson wrote:
Ah, that makes sense. At https://www.remoteutilities.com/support/documentation/main1/item142/#license_count , it states: "For the 'per operator' license type the license count means how many users (operators) can work simultaneously from Viewers registered with this license key." I had assumed this meant something was done to actively prevent more users than are licensed from using the same license key at the same time, but I realize now that my assumption was incorrect.
No view on rotated screen
Yes, that makes perfect sense.
