Unfortunately, we couldn't reproduce the issue. Just downloaded and ran Microsoft MRT on a Windows 10 machine with all Remote Utilities modules installed, including RU Server , but neither was deleted or marked as infected. They are working normally.

The User Account Control on the Host computer might be causing this.  Try disabling the UAC and check if your setup works as intended.

It looks like UAC is the reason.

You could try the following trick. Enable "Override DPI scaling" in Viewer shortcut properties, as shown on the screenshot below:

Viewers cannot communicate directly with each other. If you are connecting from different Viewers to two different Hosts there is nothing common between these two connections and they cannot affect each other.

Are  you  RDPing to the same Host (I mean the RDP mode) or different Hosts? What happens when you use the Full Control and View mode instead?
