Please check if you have the Show notification panel feature enabled in your Host Settings -> Interface tab. If this feature is enabled, please make sure to disable the feature and restart your Host. You can also disable it remotely via the Remote Settings feature - in this case Host is restarted automatically when you submit changes.

Could you please let us know what version of Host and Viewer you're currently using? In addition, please let us know what are you trying to copy/paste when the issue occurs, i.e. is it a plain text, some type of file or something else.

iOS app loses connection after access granted

Unfortunately, our developers are still testing this issue out. However, we've received reports from a couple of other users, that updating their iPad OS and/or re-installing Viewer app had helped them to resolve the issue, so perhaps something in the subsequent iOS was fixed which, in turn, helped to fix the issue.
Could you please make sure that your iPad is updated to the most recent available version 16.2? In addition, please also try uninstalling Viewer app from your iPad and then re-installing it once again.

Let us know if this helps or if the issue persist.

Unfortunately, Viewer for Mac/Linux is still in a beta version and doesn't support the sound capture yet, though we will definitely implement it in the subsequent releases. You can check all features currently available for Viewer for Mac/Linux on this page.

You can try restoring your address book from an automatically created backup file as described here if you haven't removed the backup folder previously as a part of uninstallation process.
