Hi Christophe,

Sometimes, the computer restart or Host restart is needed when you have the black screen issue. We recommend restart the Host PC after the Host is installed.

Not prompted for NT Authorization credentials from Host

Hi Jenni,

You are absolutely right - the correct way to say is "authentication method" (when referring to "single password", "ru security" etc.) , while authorization actually refers to what a specific user is allowed to do (permissions volume). This was the initial intent for the current tab name though, to show that different rights and permissions are set for different, well, authentication methods.

We will do our best to correct this mistake and update the program and the documentation as soon as possible. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Host and Agent availability for Linux and Mac

Thank you for using Remote Utilities! We do our best to release Host/Agent support for Mac as soon as possible, but it should take at least a few months from now before the first beta is available.

Laggy due to increase in work-at-home -- coronavirus

The infrastructure was expanded just recently. It may take some time for the load to spread evenly across the servers. I recommend that you try in a few hours to see if there are still any issues and let us know.
