The Agent is an application and runs under the current account. I'm not sure if it's capable to also work on the lock screen. You would probably want to use the Host instead, as it runs as a system service and grants total control.

Please, take a look at solutions here https://www.remoteutilities.com/support/documentation/main1/item124/ . Namely, enabling the "Use legacy capture mode" can help. Only please note that for the clarify of the experiment you need to restart the Host or even the Host PC once you enable that feature.

Hello Tim,

The last time it took them about 4 maybe 5 days to approve. Now we see that there is yet another iOS update (9.0.2) and we will be testing the program against that update also once we release the current app update. And it's all over again, if Apple decides once again to release another update.

Hello Ed,

That would be a potential security hole :) The Viewer, as an application, is never locked. So imagine a situation where a stranger gets access to your computer for a short while (like when you left for a lunch) and peeks into your connection properties.

Tim,

This was a bug in the compiler that we use for the mobile app. Now they released a hotfix and hence we can also update our app and wait till Apple approves it.

Sorry for any inconvenience. Ever since Apple released their 9.x update it has been a never ending update process and not just about our app :)

Just now Apple approved our next update, it's working. Please, check your AppStore app -> Updates section, the new update should appear there.

I'm sorry, but we only distribute the mobile version via AppStore. Also, as you say that you cannot install it on iOS 7, I will contact our developers, clarify the current system requirements and update those on the website.

Yes, there was a small bug we overlooked. We've just updated the app and are currently waiting for Apple to approve it.
