You might want to enable notification panel in the Host settings. Here is how https://www.remoteutilities.com/support/docs/notification-panel/ . Note that in the latest beta version 6.9.0.1 this check box is located on the "Interface" tab in the Host settings window.

I recommend that you check antivirus software on the remote computer and add Remote Utilities - Host to a/v software exceptions. This article can help https://www.remoteutilities.com/support/kb/remote-utilities-is-mistakenly-detected-as-malware/

We need to isolate the issue first. For example, we could set up a Host on our testing machine , point it to your ID server and leave it working for a while as well as give you access to that Host. You could see then if the connection is stable or not.

It is unlikely that the Viewer log will help much. Maybe we can have a remote session to test  it out using a Viewer and a Host on our side?

So it's not an error - just a built in notification.

Yes, exactly. And it is not always visible, but only when certain requirements are met.

May have to use VNC to connect to this specific server then - it's a VPS and has no physical keyboard/mouse and the overlay is in the way of the notification area which gets in the way of some items/functions.

We'll see how we can handle this specific scenario in future updates of this feature. Thanks for letting us know.
