Could you please try to switch color depth mode to any mode other than 15-bit. (Connection Properties -> Additional Properties)

I think, that they are contributing to the issue. Probably there is some problem with graphic card driver or anything else.

I myself have a dual monitor configiration at home and at work. And the second monitor always blank on login screen. Computer does not send a signal to the second monitor at that time, thats why RU can not work with it properly.

Could you please explain, what do you mean by "randomly appear and disappear"? It does not have an image anymore? And how it appears back?

licence key error when trying to access PC's. "you can not register the program with this license key. try again after a few days"

You should register only Hosts (remote computers). Viewers (local computers) are not registered at all. You just store your license keys in Viewer. If you go for Help>License Key Storage in your Viewer, you should see your Free license key. And if your Right-click on a connection thumbnail and choose "Register remote host" on the shortcut menu, select yor key and click OK, you will register this Host with your Free license key.
