It's a bug with a win8 OS. We will fundamentally change Blank screen feature in the next release. And it will no longer be possible to set text or anything else on the blank screen. But it will save us from many issues with this feature.

At the moment only 2 of the 54 submitted antivirus programs detect Agent as a virus. This is a 100% false positive result and we already contacted the developers to solve this problem.
As you can see, such giants like DrWeb, ESET-NOD32 and Kaspersky already changed their response to our signatures to Program., RemoteUtilities. and not-a-virus:RemoteAdmin respectively. I think they can be trusted.

Microsoft Terminal Server is a third-party program which is beyond the scope of our technical support. I'm sorry for that. Please, refer to the TS documentation and Microsoft technical support for all questions related to terminal server.
