Thanks, I'll override Bitdefender to test out some other problems I was having with Beta 3.

Overriding Bitdefender allowed the Viewer install.
I added the downloaded file and the folder I previously created with File Explorer (C:\Program Files (86)\Remote Utilities - Viewer\Server\) to Bitdefender Exclusions:
Biddefender > View Modules > Antivirus > Exclusions > Add

I am able to successfully transfer files now.
I earlier complained about not being able to, and I now think the fault was with me and not the software.
I'm using a Direct Connection, and this is looking more and more like it's going to be an important tool for us.
I'm the IT department for a small company and we have two uses for it:
1. Allowing access to the office host computer files while travelling, and
2. Remote trouble shooting, maintenance, and support of the host and its operators
Thank you Remote Utilities.

Hello Ron,
Thank you for the kind words!
Regarding all those BitDefender issues and issues with other a/v software - we'll do our best to get rid of them as quickly as possible by submitting false positive reports.
The final 6.5 release is upcoming in a couple of days.

I also have lots of false positive reports with Eset Endpoint Antivirus (installation, remote installation and upgrades).
