Hello John,
We are going to implement full support for Mac in the next year. The Viewer will go first, and then possibly the Host.
Thanks.

Remote session isn't necessary because the problem is apparently on the Host side - we'll see the same black screen in the Viewer as you do.dongcheol shin wrote:
could you connect my host pc? i can tell you internaet id and password.
Please, follow this KB article https://www.remoteutilities.com/support/kb/full-control-and-view-mode-isn-t-working-or-is-unstable/ . Double check that you have recent graphics card driver installed.

Hello,
Thank you for your message.
Please, reboot the Host PC and try the Full Control/View mode again to see if it works.

Hello Victorio,
Please, try to connect to one of the Win2000 hosts in Full Control/View mode. Then go to C:\Program Files\Remote Utilities - Host\Logs, copy the log files, zip them and send them over to us.
You can send them via a private message or by submitting a ticket.

Hello Victorio,
We have been moving to a new website hosting provider and it seems like your last message to this thread was posted right during the migration. So I'm quoting it below:
Answering your question - currently we don't have any more ideas on what could possibly help you with this issue. Nonetheless, I've requested our developers to see if it's still possible to find a workaround. I'll get back to you soon.

I installed the latest version of the Graphics Card driver (Intel 82945G) and MSXML 4.0. Unfortunately, it has the same problems than before. I tested 5.3 and 5.1 versions.
It is important to note that these machines are industrial HMIs (Human Machine Interface), with TouchScreens from Elo company.
I tried to use a freeware VNC and it is working*.
Is there an error log somewhere that can give me more info?

Hello Victorio
Please, do the following on your Win2K machines:
1. Uninstall the Host.
2. Open Windows registry, locate the key "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\Remote Utilities" and wipe/delete it.
3. Install the Host again, preferably the oldest version available in the sticky.
4. Reboot the machine.
Hope that helps.
