Hello Michael,
You probably should enable the "Capture alpha-blending windows" in the connection properties. Right-click on the connection in your address book, click Properties -> Additional properties and tick the "Capture alpha-blending windows" check box.
Alpha-blending windows are semi-transparent windows and menus.
Hope that helps.

Hi Adam,
Sorry , but this feature is not yet available. But it's very important, so we have it on our high priority list.

Hi Frank,
The Android app will be updated very soon, there are a few bugs that have been just fixed. Perhaps, one of those is causing this behavior.
The update is going to be released this week or the next.

Hi Frank,
Actually, you need to tap the screen to left-click. The point where the click is applied is where your mouse pointer is, not where you tap.
As for right-click, you should long-tap (tap and hold for a while). But currently, in Android this feature has a bug which we have already fixed and we'll roll out the new update very soon.
Thanks.

Hello Jamie,
Thank you for the kind words!
You can share your address book in multiple ways. Please, refer to this tutorial. Personally, I think using RU Server for syncing (method 3) would be overkill, so you can just utilize your Dropbox or Box.net account to share the address book (method 2). Or, if you don't change the contents of the address book often, you can simply manually export/import the address book file (method 1).
Hope that helps.

Hello Frank,
Thank you for your message. Do you mean that left- and right-click occur when you click the keys on the Android built-in keyboard?

hi Michael,
Just to clarify, you cannot UN-lock the PC by sending Ctrl+Alt+Del command, correct? What happens when you simply click on a user icon on the Windows lock screen? When you are in Full Control mode, that is.

Hi Michael,
It's unlikely that ID has anything to do with it, because for the Host it's actually no difference how it receives encrypted data/commands from the Viewer. The commands are either received or not.
BTW, is it a Windows Server, or a workstation edition? And what is the OS version?
