viewer cannot connect to host

I am at the viewer computer and using internet ID connection, I cannot connect to the host. Host is online, the host icon is blue, the host has wifi working. Both versions-host and viewer-are the most recent versions 7.1.2.0 and both computers are using Windows 10.
Please assist.

Confirmed here too.  The issue is presenting itself the same as last Thursday's issue.  Host shows online from Viewer and when you try to connect, it either goes offline and fails to connect or gets stuck at the "Connecting to... Please, wait..." screen.

Hello,

All servers are up and running. Internet-ID connection has just been tested from multiple locations and it works.

Could you please your Host logs (if you have access to them) and possibly Viewer logs to support@remoteutilities.com.

Also, what ISP do you use? If this is the same ISP this could easily be blocking on an ISP level, a false positive detection.

The issue is occurred the same as last Thursday's issue.  
Host shows online from Viewer program and when I try to connect, it either goes offline and fails to connect or gets stuck at the "Connecting to... Please, wait..." screen. viewer cannot connect to host - 03 May 2022 08:49:48

Cannot connect either here in Florida.  This is JUST like what happened last week.  Please fix!!

I am using Spectrum, but will also connect through my Verizon hotspot to show it is not ISP dependent when I attach logs momentarily.

Yes - same issue as last Thursday - I am in Florida, cannot connect to PC in Texas
