Slow today with an extremely long lag time

I'm using Version 7.6.2.0 for both my Viewer and my Host.  I connect via a network id and both computers are located in Ft Myers, FL (approx. 7 miles between the two).  Both host and viewer computers have very fast internet speeds (both upload and download) and are updated to most recent versions.

I am having extremely long lag times anywhere from 4 seconds up to 12 seconds. It's virtually impossible to work this way.

Please HELP!

Thanks for the update and resolving it quickly.
It did the same thing to me first thing this morning around 8am eastern time but resolved within minutes.  At that time I thought it might have been something on my end, but, now I doubt it.

Thanks Fritz, I'm glad I'm not alone.   I agree that it must be their servers.  I hope they get this resolved quickly.

I was just booted off my connection.  Both hosts now show offline, but, its not my internet or hosts internet.  Remote Utilities stopped working around 4:30pm Est here  in SW Florida.  What's going on?

Ugh... it worked for literally one minute.  Then "lost connection" and now can't connect again!  

So FRUSTRATING
