I am at the viewer computer and using internet ID connection, I cannot connect to the host. Host is online, the host icon is blue, the host has wifi working. Both versions-host and viewer-are the most recent versions 7.1.2.0 and both computers are using Windows 10.
Please assist.
Thanks!

Thank you for the answer, Pauline!

Is there any other way to turn on the host computer if the remote Host is NOT located in the same LAN and subnet as the Viewer machine
or
the intermediate and target Hosts are NOT located in the same LAN and subnet?

How do I power on the host computer from the viewer computer? From the viewer computer, we tried using the power control function but could not get the “Authentication My remote PC” window to pop up nor the “Power Control window” pop up-the viewer computer just kept trying to connect to the host computer. Normally the host computer is powered on and we can just go to full control mode, but the host computer was powered off and we need to know how to turn on the computer remotely, please.

There is a message at the bottom right corner of host screen that says “Your computer has been connected in a remote session. If you did not authorize this session, visit remoteutilities.com/info.” This message appeared after we changed to the newest version 7.1.2.0.
This message is in the way of seeing things on the screen.

How do we remove the message?
