Applying license key on admin but can not automatic on users
Thank you for your post.
Starting version 6.1.0.3 you only have to apply the license key on the Viewer side. You do not have to register remote Hosts. Here is a registration tutorial.I have license key of remote utility and I would like to apply license key on admin and all users AD automatic have license key as well.
You have an outdated version then. Please, update your Viewers and Hosts and try to register the Viewer again. If you can't , feel free to submit a ticket with your license key to us. Please, do not post your license key on the forum.Nowadays, when I apply license key on Viewers on admin and I also have to apply license key on users AD too.
Thanks.
Silent Deployment
Unfortunately, no. At least not in the current version. Due to program architecture some connection modes can go completely unnoticed for the user, that's why we need a reliable "switch" - a 100% way to inform the user that Internet ID is generated on their computer and their PC is now accessible from the outside. On a side note, is it possible for a client to receive an internet ID regardless and move the user prompt to the first connection that's made to the host?
So the host will be ready to connect after install (no prompts) but when the first remote connection is made (when we would probably be on the phone with the user trying to help them, and guide them on what to do) it will prompt them with the one off disclaimer.
This is the very reason why this notification exist. We cannot make Remote Utilities 100% unnoticeable especially when Internet-ID connection is involved. This is a trait of rogue tools. Sorry, we cannot and will not go that path.they wouldn't even notice it being installed

By the way, showing a notification once a connection is made is essentially the same as the mechanism used now :) In fact, the user only needs to click "Accept" once - when the Host is installed.May be a notification/prompt or a permanent bar around the window (like S4B) once a connection is made would be more appropriate to warn the users?

Usually, there's either a local network/Active Directory or a VPN in corporate deployments. I.e. you don't need Internet ID there, you can use direct connection and deploy Remote Utilities using GPO.
Currently some connection modes may work invisible for the remote user. Perhaps, we'll make them all working explicitly in the future, but for now we have to use a global message.May be a notification/prompt or a permanent bar around the window (like S4B) once a connection is made would be more appropriate to warn the users?
Don't hesitate to ask me if you have other questions.

That is all possible, of course. But if you enable "Generate Internet ID" your remote user will see that message anyway, although only once. This is necessary protection - Remote Utilities is a 100% clean and legitimate software. A program that skips the notification part is a rogue tool. But I would need an interent-ID to connect to the clients? I'm using the RU-server for the trial but would need to access clients outside of our corporate network if required.

Thank you for your post.
You can use the Standard or One-click options in the MSI Configurator, those options produce msi and exe files respectively. You can run the msi file then with a "silent" key.Is there a way to create a MSI/EXE which is truly silent, without any notifications (that it needs to generate an internet-ID or needs to send out an email etc)?
Note, however, that the installation won't be completely silent if you enable "Generate Internet ID" (even if you don't select "Send via email"). This is a security precaution used to protect the remote user's privacy. The Internet ID is a firewall bypass feature meaning that anyone who knows the ID and password can connect to that computer even from outside the local network, provided there is Internet access.
If you do not enable Internet ID, the installation can be silent.
