Could you please try to enable Capture alpha-blending windows feature (Right-click on the connection thumbnail -> Properties -> Additional properties -> check the Capture alpha-blending windows checkbox).

That is what you should do:

1. Export all your connections (to keep them safe) Tools -> Export connections...
2. Uninstall Viewer
3. Delete %AppData%\Remote Utilities Files folder
4. Reboot
5. Install Viewer
6. Reboot
7. Import your connections back
