Could you please let us know what version of RU Server do you use? Do you have both Host and Viewer upgraded to version 184.108.40.206? I don't know the Host version because I can't connect, but it will be older, where similar versions can connect there, but I tried to download a slower version of viewer 6.x.x.x from your site and still the same and with this version does not indicate that the Host needs to be upgraded
In this case, could you please try upgrading your Host to the latest version 220.127.116.11 following this step-by-step guide and see if it's possible to connect after the upgrade? Pleas make sure to upgrade your Viewer as well, so that there's no version mismatch between Host and Viewer.
