Anyway to prevent constant "remote desktop connection" errors?

I am using 6.10.5.0 but have had the same problem with older versions. I have emailed the files.

From the logs it appears to be a host issue. I have changed to Google DNS servers to see if that helps and so far I have not had a disconnection.
