Hello,
I'm getting and address book error, invalid username and password when I try to sign in to RU. It's the same domain login I've always used. I'm not sure where to check for this error. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks.

I use local address books, and on occasion, I have found that the XML file gets corrupted. When I do a big change, i make a backup of those files just in case.

Hi Patrick,
Thank you for your message.
Could you please let us know if the issue occurs only on one Viewer or their multiple instances? Are you connecting to the remote Hosts using your self-hosted Server as well or is it our public servers?
Last but not least, please double-check if you have the Force custom server security option enabled: https://www.remoteutilities.com/support/docs/setting-up-auth-server/
Looking forward to your reply.

We have 2 licenses, and it happens on bother viewers. It is a self-hosted server. On the RU server, I cannot open the administration option. It does nothing when I click on it. Is there a repair option or will I need to reinstall it?
