Starter Licence - Unable to connect to host/Client machines

Hi!
🛑 I have a STARTER LICENSE and since early in the morning I am not able to connect to my hosts/clients who are "online".
"Unable to Connect".
viewer v7.1.2.0
host v7.1.2.0.
Yesterday everything was OK but today I couldn't make any connection.

I need an urgent solution.

I realized that, but I only saw posts referring to "Free License"
