Hi Conrad,
When does this message pop up with the pro licence, at custom MSI install? with host simple update or remote install? or every time we connect to a client host? I don't mind the message, I just need to warn customers if they are going to see it.
Also does this affect the Agent as well?
Thanks, Mike

I gave up long ago trying to reliably use Gmail for installation emails. I ended up creating a free Mailjet account and have used that without issue. The free account is low volume (under a 100 emails a day) and is perfect for this. They support different ports, TLS etc and I have never had any issue using them...

Hi Conrad,
Thanks for the update. So the version you are rolling out sets the recovery option in the host service to run the exe with the -restart flag (like what is configured by your CMD file?
I have noticed a few hosts that fail after updates but in my experience it was older hardware that I assumed dependency with other slow starting services was timing out your start. a further reboot seems to cure the issue (or even a spin of the host service).
As for AV false detections, it seems Google or Windows Security is blocking my current custom EXE installer v7.1.7.0. Does the code signing certificate expire?
Thanks,
Mike

Hi Conrad,
Any idea when this update will be out? This was a known issue when I queried it back in January:
[ Closed ] [Resolved] Bulk log off - interface issue in grouped view
I don't really want to built another version MSI installer and have to build another right after the update.
Thanks,
Mike

Hi,
I have noticed an issue when I have been upgrading all my hosts to 7.1.7.0. I have verified the same issue in the 7.1.7.0 viewer and my old 6.10.10.0 viewer version as well. When you attempt to use the right-click menu for 'Logoff' and you have more than 1 host selected, it does not action all your selected hosts - i.e., it does not log them all off. In fact - it seems to consistently log only >half< of your selected list of hosts. So if your had 10 hosts logged on and selected them so they are highlighted, right-click and Logoff, only 5 would log off. If you again right-click and select Logoff only 3 would log off, and if you do it again it would only log off 1, etc.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. set view to 'Details' to show a table list of hosts
2. Ensure you have Options|View and the setting 'Use Group View (< 1000 items) ticked
3. Select a number of hosts and set them to 'Logon' and they turn green and move to the 'Logged on) group.
4. Select all the Logged on hosts and right-click on them and select 'Log off'
5. Observe behaviour.
Thanks,
Mike
