Remove the notice near the system tray

We created a dedicated topic for the subject https://www.remoteutilities.com/support/forums/forum1/2147-free-license_-notification-near-the-system-tray-and-other-changes . There's also an announcement about some changes we'll make to this alert/banner to make it less 'harsh' for some users.

Also, the new topic was created to avoid confusion, because this one was initially devoted to a different notification banner.
