Yes, we understand. Although, it should be noted that it's unlikely that a signed executable is a huge factor that changes the attitude of antivirus programs towards programs they check. Normally, they have a whole lot of factors / parameters that they consider when they return their verdict.

One other thing to add about keyboard or remote control as a whole. At times I have several windows open and occasionally one of the remote hosts will timeout and go to login screen. I have to end the session and bring it back up in order to do any remote control. The "send ctrl-alt-del" function works, but then I can't type or click anything in the window unless I restart the session.

No while you are using the offline MSI configurator. And that's why we have an online configurator in our plans. This will allow us to sign the output file with our digital signature.john kumpf wrote:

I'd like to ask you to update to version 6.1.0.3 that we released couple of days ago. And let me know if the issue with arrow keys still persists.
Also, I need information about the keyboard. And (from Jeff) information about the OS on the Viewer and Host PCs.

Just wanted to clarify this issue with ipV6. When you enable it and cannot connect - is it through our hosted service or your self-hosted RU Server?
