I am using Remote Utilities Viewer, version is 6.10, I use Screen Record record desktop operation into RRF files.
But I cannot find a software to open and view the record files in Windows 10 and Windows 7 system.
Which software should I use except View function in Screen Recorder?

Hello Steven,
Thank you for your message.
Viewer records the video capture using WebM format which can be opened by any popular video player, such as VideoLAN for example. The resulting video file should have .webm extension, not rrf.

But the record file is indeed .RRF file, not .webm file. VideoLAN cannot open RRF file.
My question is still which application can play rrf file? and is there a setting in Remote Utilies Viewer to change the record format to WebM?

Hello Steven,
I am sorry. I confused video recording mode with screenshot taking mode and for some reason I thought that you meant the former rather than the latter. My bad.
Yes, you can open the RRF files in the built-in player on the Viewer side. Just refer to this guide.
Hope that helps.
