Hello,
I tried Remote Utilities and generally satisfied with its work, however there is a problem since yesterday.
Host and client both have Windows 7. None of the key combinations with Shift
and Ctrl keys and both Enter keys do not work in remote session.
So, there is no way to enter capital letters from keyboard, no functionality like Ctrl+C or Ctrl+V and no way to execute something using Enter key. Tried to reinstall, restart, reconnect - nothing helps.
Please advise.

Hello Jim,
Thank you for your message
Could you please try to connect to another remote computer and check this issue. That will help us to determine the cause of the problem.
Looking forward to your reply.

Hello,
Were you able to investigate this issue and find a reason of the problem?
I have the same issue.
Enter, Shift and Ctrl keys do not work in remote session.
Windows 7 x64 with all the latest updates on both computers (host and client).
The latest version of RU - 6.8.0.1.
No antivirus software installed.
Any ideas?
Please advise.

Hello Sulley,
Thank you for your post.
Are there any other utilities/software installed that may use the keyboard or clipboard somehow? Like clipboard helpers, touch-typing learning apps etc.

Hello Conrad,
No, I do not have such utilities installed.
The only thing I could think about is T**mViewer. I tried to exit T**mViewer and stop T**mViewer service, but this didn't help to solve the problem.
Also I should mention, that on another PC I have T**mViewer installed as well, but RU software works fine there. So, I believe, T**mViewer is not the reason of the issue.
Looks like something specific to this computer. But I can't imagine where to look at...

Hello Sulley,
That is no doubt. We were never reported of any conflicts with any remote access software, including TV.Also I should mention, that on another PC I have T**mViewer installed as well, but RU software works fine there. So, I believe, T**mViewer is not the reason of the issue.

I just installed the latest versions of the host and viewer on a combination of Windows 10 and Windows 7 64bit systems. I can confirm that Shift, Alt, Ctrl and Enter keys are not working problem from Viewer to multiple Hosts. I can get the key to work once then it doesn't at all, ie. Enter will work once but never again in the current session.
