I've upgraded RU Host and viewer to 6.9.4.
Host is installed on a system that is not a domain member.
I revised the security settings for new install, and only have local Administrators group able to connect and use all features. The account I'm using to connect is a member of that group.
When trying to connect remotely, I see "Success audit" records in the local event journal, but the connection is denied as unauthorized.

Hello,

Thank you for your post.

Did you enable and set up Windows security authorization method on the remote Host?

The security setup looks like this: https://prnt.sc/leok1c
If I remove Administrators and add a dedicated group which I'm also a member of, it works.

It looks like UAC is the reason.

Hello Anr,

The User Account Control on the Host computer might be causing this.  Try disabling the UAC and check if your setup works as intended.

That means you're incorrectly building user token.
