Windows 11 Viewer v. 7.7.3.0 / Windows 11 Host v. 7.7.3.0Since upgrading to the latest version, when using the Viewer to type in the Host, the spacebar doesn't do anything every few words. I have to go back and enter a space, pressing firmly to make sure it works.
For example, if I were to type without stopping to check for errors, I'd get something like this:
Is anyone else experiencing this? The quick brownfox jumps over thelazy dog.
Here are two examples I just typed in a remote session, without stopping to check for missing spaces.

The keyboard I'm using doesn't have this problem when I'm typing on the computer that has the Viewer software. I also don't experience this problem when I'm directly using the keyboard on the remote computer. It only happens in a remote session from computer 1 to computer 2.We hold these truths to beself-evident, that allmenarecreated equal, that they areendowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among theseare Life, Liberty andthepursuit of Happiness. Thank you for your patience.
Could you please double-check if there might be some software running on the remote Host machine that has access to the keyboard input (i.e. that can change the keyboard layout)? I’ve just checked with our developers and, it seems, a third party software might be causing the issue.
Looking forward to your reply.
Thanks, Pauline.Pauline wrote:

I use PhraseExpress on both the viewer and the host machine. Having the same keyboard modification software on both PCs has caused them to conflict when running a Remote Utilities session, so I’ve typically disabled PhraseExpress (CTRL+click) on the viewer and left it running on the host. With that configuration, I’ve had no problems running Remote Utilities that in the past.
I just tried disabling PhraseExpress on both machines, and I’m still experiencing the space problem. I also tried completely exiting PhraseExpress on both machines, and the problem persists.
Thank you for your message.
Would it be possible for you to test the issue out after deleting the PhraseExpress software on your Host machine? Alternatively, you can also try using Agent in the same machine and see if the issue occurs as well.
Looking forward to your reply.
I uninstalled PhraseExpress, restarted the Host software (to start fresh), and typed the following. No change, I'm afraid.Pauline wrote:

You also suggested trying the Agent. I stopped the Host and ran the Agent, but I still have the same problem. We the People of theUnited States, in Order to forma more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, providefor thecommon defence, promotethe general Welfare, andsecuretheBlessingsof Liberty toourselves andour Posterity, do ordain andestablish thisConstitution for theUnited Statesof America.
