Cannot connect to computer via internet ID

Hi,

I've verified that there are no firewall problems or anything blocking the program. When I try to connect to a particular computer, it says wrong password every time.

I know the password is correct. I have changed the password twice and requested a new internet ID. After that I still cannot connect. The computer shows online with the new internet ID, but always says wrong password. What may be wrong? Basic troubleshooting has been done.

Could you please try fully uninstalling your Host following this guide and then reinstalling Host from scratch to see if this might help to resolve the issue. In addition, you might want to add Host installation folder to the exception list of your a/v software as following this guide
