Lastest viewer Not work

RU Server : Windows 7 x64 + Lastest Version (Today update&reboot) + Free License
Agent : Windows 10 x64 21TH2 + Lastest and 7.0.2.0 (Same result)
Viewer : Windows 10 x64 21TH2 + Lastest and 7.0.2.0 (Old version work) + Free License
Old version viewer work well but Lastest version is not work
when i input Internet ID on viewer it seem OK. (Display online)
but I can't connect to Agent. (Display online -> Try connect -> Display 'unable to connect Attemts Left 5~1 -> Display Offline -> Display online again -> endless loop)
I tried remove lastest and reinstall old version all work well

Hello,
Please, make sure that you specified your RU Server address and port in Agent Internet-ID settings. Perhaps, your Agent still points at our default server instead of pointing at your RU Server.

dateno1, you said you are using latest version of RU Server, but your picture shows you are using 3.1.0.0.
Latest version is 3.2.0.0.
Update your RU Server and see if it fixes your issue.

Please, send us your RU Server logs. You can find them in C:\Program Files (x86)\Remote Utilities - Server\Logs\
You can zip the entire folder and send it over to us at support@remoteutilities.com
