Clients won't update to 7.8.4.0

I updated my Viewer to 7.8.4.0, but none of my clients update when trying with the Simple Update feature. There is no error, it seems to go through, but the update never happens. Have to update them manually.

Looking at the log for the host, it shows 'Simple remote upgrade', Current version is up to date. But it shows version 7.7.3.0 still installed.

Thank you for your message.

Sometimes issues like that can be caused by the antivirus software mistakenly blocking the update. Please try adding your Host installation folders to the exception list as described in this guide and see if you’re able to install update after that.
In addition, if the Simple update is still not working, you can try updating your remote Hosts via our Remote Install Tool.
We also encourage you to submit a false positive report to your a/v vendor as well.
