It's not a VPN issue or ISP filtering.
I have a pro network and full lic but all @once it's DEAD on ALL my clients anywhere in the world.
It's related to the public ID server (I'm sure of it)

Im having the exact same issue as everyone else on here. Using Windows 10.
tried on 3 different PCs and also a Mac. Only thing that works is if i use Viewer on Android and IOS
Remoteutilities has the problem its not us.

I too have an identical problem. It is not possible to login to any remote PC using internet-ID. The problem cannot be due to antivirus software as I have turned these off temporarily. As others have remarked, everything was working fine yesterday and it is inconceivable that everyone has a problem today that is not due to a problem with your servers.

Please advise.

I tried on a PC that never had viewer installed on it before aswell. It does not ask for the password of the Host. just tries to logon. No way of entering a password.

To post that it is an anti-virus/firewall issue when everyone is experiencing the same issue on windows PCs is just plain silly.  To appease myself I have turned off my AV and firewall, used our test network with no restrictions on the firewall for both host and viewer.  It still does not work.

FYI - we and everyone else we know who is using RU at the moment are having the same issue with connection refusals on all hosts - this is an RU issue.
