Blank Black Screen - even tho on remote pc I can see my mouse moving

For the past week any time I login to my other PC remotely, all that shows up is a blank black screen on my end.

At the remote end - I can see the mouse is moving around (when I move the mouse on my own PC).

So it's connecting and RU isn't giving me any error message.

Never mind - I rebooted and that fixed it.

Thank you for your message.

I'm glad to hear you've figured out the issue! In addition, please try enabling the Use legacy capture mode checkbox in the Host Settings -> Other tab.
