1. I can' t update the original msi installer to a newer version.  I have to keep the old one, and then update to a new version.  Is there a way to update the original installer to keep the same 2fa key.
2.  how do I update the shared 2fa key on old installs before I started using the msi installer.

I want to consolidate my 2fa.  how can I replace all the different 2fa on the different host, so there is only one code.  I now how todo it for new hosts in the configuration, but it changes every time to update it.

Any update on this.  I would like the address book on my phone.

event 11, capi2 no longer happen.  Now when I run the msi or exe nothing happens.

Checked, there was no install log(no folder) or registry key made.  I followed the Microsoft guide,  but did not help.  any other ideas?

I"m trying to install the host on a windows vista sp2 32bit.  I run the exe and the msi nothing happens.  The only thing relevant in the event logs was a event 11, capi2 error.Failed to extra a third-party root fr om auto update cab from Microsoft.  I downloaded the certificate and installed it manually from Microsoft, but it didn't help.  Any ideas, or wh ere is the install log located?

Windows it looking for an original msi to uninstall the current version so I can update.  Can you send me a link to download that file

I can't get the viewer to connect to remote desktop.  both are running 7.0.2.0  I can connect to it through remote utilities via rdp, or command prompt, file transfer,etc.  Host computer is new install of Server 2019.  I've tried reinstalling, no success.  Any Ideas.  I just get connecting to "computer name" Please wait.  Thumbnail icons do update.  This is a headless machine,  so no keyboard, monitor or mouse is attached.

I need to add a couple of my servers to the ios viewer, but I don't remember the passwords i assigned because I used the Address book in RU server.  How can I retrieve the passwords so I can add them manually to the ios viewers.
