where can I find viewer ver. 6.10.9 (for windows)?

Hi Dimitri,
I ask your help once again

after the installation I see 0 trial days left

then I generate the free key license but the system doesn't let me add it to the license keys storage...

if I copy/paste the text from the free .rlicense file, I got the error "invalid registration key"...

do you know why?

Hi Marco,
I guess a corruption of the config_4.xml file. This file holds the license key.
A newly generated free license is not compatible with version 6.x.

If you still have the old 6.x version license key, you can use it. If not, try the following:
Exit the Viewer.
Make a backup of your "C:\Users\[Your_username]\AppData\Roaming\Remote Utilities Files\" folder, including subfolders.
In that folder, under "backups" folder, you will find a xxx-xx-xx_config_4.zip file. Extract the config_4.xml file and copy it in "C:\Users\[Your_username]\AppData\Roaming\Remote Utilities Files\" folder (overwiting the current config_4.xml file)

Hi Dimitris and thank you again for your patient support

I just tried your procedure, when I start  the 6.10.9 viewer it gets me again 0 days left for trial.
Unfortunately I don't have any 6.x free license to add...

it's frustrating, I'm so close to the solution of my issue...

Have you installed version 6.10.9 on a new computer?

Have you tried restoring the config_4.xml from an older xxx-xx-xx_config_4.zip backup?

And did you have a free license installed in version 6.10.10?

Also do you exit Viewer before restoring the config_4.xml from a .zip backup?

I haven't, at the moment, another computer to test

regarding the version 6.10.10, I have a portable version and I launch it on the same computer already having the last version (version 7, portable as well)

the version 7 free license seems to be good for version 6.10.10 but not for version 6.10.9

If you already have a free license installed in your portable 6.10.10 version, then:
Close all Viewers.
Copy the config_4.xml from your portable 6.10.10 folder in "C:\Users\[Your_username]\AppData\Roaming\Remote Utilities Files\" folder

Take a look in
C:\Users\[Your_username]\AppData\Roaming\Remote Utilities Files\ folder.

In my folder there are all the install packages for Viewer for my system
