Remote connection hangs after a few minutes

I installed Remote Utilities Host and Viewer so I can remotely login from work/home to home/work.
I can connect fine (Full Control) but after a few minutes the connection hangs and I can only see the desktop but cannot select anything.
I don't see any other way to reset the connection than closing it and reconnect again. Then after a few minutes it hangs again.

What could be wrong?

P.S. I had no such issue with T V.
