Hi,

ive setup RU server, but i dont see much of a improvement.
Screen is kinda choppy, internet speeds are fine in my opinion to do better job..
Please check video ive made showing speetests and also how "choppy" movement is.
Is it normal, or i can do something to improve it ?

Hello Lukas,

Thank you for your post.

There are some tips on improving performance, found in this knowledge base article.

It should be noted, however, that in the upcoming version 6.9 we implemented some significant improvements to connection speed/performance. Version 6.9 beta will be made available on the site in a few days.

Thank you for such a fast reply, so you are saying that if i use direct ip connection (and setup port forwarding for each pc) than it would be limited only internet speeds that host a viewer has ?

Hello Lukas,

Direct connection is always better than ID connection, by definition. It is the simplest way to connect from local to remote, and if you still have serious performance issues even when using direct connection, you should check your network and router.

Hope that helps.
