NO Audio or sound from Host Windows 10

Hi,
I have :
PC1, XP-SP3, audio OK.
PC2, W10 Home 64 bit, audio OK
Router Ethernet
I want with PC1 control PC2
I am trying portable "viewer5.6.portable.zip" and launch rutview.exe on PC1 and rutserv.exe or Agent.exe on PC2.
All run OK but I do not ear NO AUDIO on PC1.
I tried to control a third pc PC3, XP-SP3 and I receive AUDIO.
But my problem is control PC2 with W10.
Has had anyone same problem ?

Hello Marco,

Thank you for your post.

Version 5.6 is very old. Please, use version 6. You can download it from here: https://www.remoteutilities.com/download/.

If you update existing installations, make sure that you update both parts - Viewer AND Host, not just the Viewer.

Conrad. I AM SORRY ! I make a writing paste error !
Is already portable 6.5.0.8 version I tried. Ok complete control with Internet ID but I receive NO SOUND from W10 home.
