'stopped working' msg

I keep getting a windows msg that "remote utilities has stopped working" with the "close" or "find a solution" btns. When the system is booted RU works. Somewhere along the line it fails like this. When it does it will still allow me to log on, but won't let me view. Where can I find the cause? A particular windows log search string? An RU log? Or maybe you're familiar with this?

Could you please clarify if this is the Host or the Viewer in question? Also, what is the version number?

It could be a bug that has been fixed in the beta version. Could you please download and install beta and let me know if the issue persists.
