Can you detect the Internet-ID when you connect by IP?

Support level: Free or trial
I can connect to a computer if I use its IP address, but not by the Internet-ID.  I believe it's because we recorded the Internet-ID incorrectly.  Is there a way to find the Internet-ID when connected to the host without taking over their screen to go to the properties?  Something in the properties of the machine in our Viewer, or a command line, or something?
Hello Russ,

Thank you for your message.

You could open (e.g. via File Transfer) the C:\Program Data\Remote Utilities\Logs\ folder on the remote computer. These are the Host logs and if Internet-ID is enabled the Host's Internet-ID is reported in them. In a line like this:

Relay node: OK ID: xxx-xxx-xxx-xxx; Port: 5655; Try count: 1

Hope that helps.
