Failed to initialize authorization process

Getting this message this morning when trying to connect to a remote machine that is showing as online. Tried via windows version and android (which sometimes works when windows doesn't).

Could you please let us know what authentication method you’re using when connecting to your Host? Do you have multiple authentication methods enabled for this Host?
