Failed to initialize authorization process

Getting this message this morning when trying to connect to a remote machine that is showing as online.  Tried via windows version and android (which sometimes works when windows doesn't).

Hi all, was just wondering if anyone else was having connection issues today?

I used RU all day yesterday to control a remote machine in our office, but today it fails to connect every time.  The pc shows as online in the UI, but connection always fails.

I drove into the office to check our connection and the pc itself; no problems there.  Both viewer and host using the latest versions.

Interestingly, I have been able to establish a successful remote connection via the android app.  Obviously that's no replacement for a proper desktop, but thought it may be of use to some of you.

I used it to fire up some other software that shall remain nameless here!
