[ Closed ] [Resolved] Cannot see whole display when on height

Hi,
i cannot see whole display when target computer display is oriented on height (90 degrees against standard monitor).
Neither mouse work. Version of RU is 7170

Can anybody help?

Thank you for your message.

Please try enabling the Use legacy capture mode feature in the Host Settings -> Other tab and see if this helps to resolve the issue. After enabling the feature, make sure to restart your Host in order for the changes to be applied.
