I have been using Direct Connection via VPN to connect to multiple hosts located in another city. No issues seen for last one 9 months. Now I'm unable to connect to those PCS using Direct Connection. Nothing has changed in the network or on the machines. The 5650 port is still open on VPN.
Also, Connection using Internet ID still works (but slower).
I have tried uninstalling viewer and hosts, but nothing works. This behavior is same on other machines as well.
Please assists here to figure out what's wrong.
attached hosts and viewer side log snapshots.
Viewer version: 7.1.7.0
Host Version: 7.1.7.0

Hello Wences,
Thank you for your message.
Do you have any antivirus software installed on your Host machine? If that's the case (even if it's just Windows Defender), please try adding Host installation folder to the exception list as described here.
In addition, before we can proceed with further troubleshooting, please try the solutions suggested in this Direct Connection troubleshooting guide and see if any of them might help to resolve the issue.
Let us know if any of the above works for you or if the issue still persists.
